Car driver survives with injuries ater serial accident crushes vehicle in Nelamangala taluk

BENGALURU: A man driving a car miraculously survived despite his car being badly crushed in a serial accident on National Highway 48 near Gundanahalli in Nelamangala on Monday.

The accident took place early on Monday and the Maruti Swift car, a lorry and a tourist bus were involved in the serial accident. The car belonged to Satish, a Sales Tax Officer in Tumakuru district.

Satish was driving from Tumakuru to Yeshwantpur to office to deliver documents. His car collided with the lorry, and then the tourist bus hit the car from behind. The car was completely crushed as it went under the lorry, but Satish managed to escape with minor injuries.

The accident occurred within the jurisdiction of the Nelamangala traffic police station. Satish was taken to the Tumakuru district hospital for treatment and later reported to the police station.
