BALLARI: A state transport corporation bus collided head-on with a truck on NH-63 near Dharmasagara in Hosapete taluk on Thursday.
While there were no deaths, many of the bus passengers, mostly students, suffered grievous injuries.
The bus was on its way to Ballari from Hosapete. Those injured were seen in tears on the road median.
While some of the injured were shifted to the taluk hospital in Hosapete, a few others were treated at the Primary Health Centre at Gadinaganur after some locals called for ambulance.
