Burglar breaks into mobile phone store naked, steals phones worth Rs 25 lakh

BENGALURU: In an unusual case, a burglar who was naked and wearing a mask, broke into a mobile phone store at Hongasandra in Bommanahalli by breaking a part of a wall and stole 85 mobile phones of different brands valued at Rs 25 lakh.

In CCTV footage, the burglar can be seen holding a flashlight. The burglary occurred at Hanuman Telecom, owned by one Dinesh. Sources said the burglar may have been naked as the police usually trace suspects based on the clothes they were wearing.

The Bommanahalli police have registered a case and taken up further investigation. They are now on the lookout for the burglar.
