BENGALURU: In a reminder of how dangerous it can be to stand out from a vehicle’s sunroof, a young boy hit his head against a barricade on GKVK Road in Vidyaranyapura on Saturday. He was immediately rushed to a hospital.
In a video doing the rounds on social media, the young boy can be seen standing on the seat of a compact SUV with his head sticking out of the sunroof. However, as the vehicle approaches a barricade meant to prevent movement of heavy vehicles, neither the boy nor the car driver notice it.

The boy’s head banged against the metal barricade and he immediately collapsed inside the vehicle. With serious injuries, he was immediately admitted to a hospital where he is undergoing treatement.
