KOPPAL: The Gavisiddeshwara Math here, which organises the annual fair, has invited Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan to be the chief guest at the fair which will be held on January 15 next year.
The math administration formally extended an invitation to Bachchan in Mumbai a few days ago and he reportedly responded positively. If Bachchan indeed participates in the fair, it will surely draw national attention.
The annual Gavisiddeshwara Math fair if popular and the Kumbh Mela of the south and draws more than five lakh visitors.
