BJP team to visit coastal districts, galvanise cadre

BENGALURU: The BJP unit in Karnataka is preparing for a ‘Mangaluru Chalo’ programme to counter the government’s move. The BJP has decided to visit Mangaluru after the KPCC team’s visit.

The party is planning to mobilise Dakshina Kannada for a political fight. After the ‘Mysuru Chalo’ and ‘Kalaburagi Chalo’, it’s now ‘Mangaluru Chalo’. The BJP is gearing up to showcase its Hindutva power against the Congress.

The BJP is already set to display power and its Hindutva agenda against Congress in the coastal districts. The atmosphere has changed in the coastal region districts after the murders of Suhas Shetty and Abdul Rahiman. The government is targeting RSS, BJP, and Hindu leaders and external influence to control the situation, it has alleged.

The BJP is preparing to counter the government’s target politics. Currently, a KPCC team is on a study tour in Mangaluru, and after they return , a BJP delegation will visit Dakshina Kannada.

The BJP is planning to strengthen its workers’ confidence and morale through the ‘Mangalore Chalo’ programme. The event is likely to take place in the second or third week of this month, with a massive rally in Dakshina Kannada to challenge the government. The BJP planning for Mangaluru Chalo to increase self-confidence, security and moral strength among coastal activists.

The BJP aims to showcase its Hindutva strength and challenge the government, but it remains to be seen if the government will allow the ‘Mangaluru Chalo’ programme.
