BENGALURU: Ahead the May 10 Assembly election, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has given a ‘Modi, Modi’ twist to the hugely popular song ‘Naatu Naatu’ from the movie ‘RRR, which won an Oscar award recently.
The Kannada song, in the same tune, talks about the achievements of the BJP double engine government including the new airport at Shivamogga, the newly inaugurated Bengaluru-Mysuru expressway, the KR Puram-Whitefield Metro line apart from the varios other schemes while replacting the words ‘Naatu Naatu’ with ‘Modi Modi’.

The video shows a bunch of youngsters pull off the hook step and groove to the song near a tea stop while an older crowd records the performance on their mobile phones.
Meanwhile, the BJP is expected to announce its first list of candidates later on Tuesday or on Wednesday.
