BAGALKOTE: Shivalinga Swamiji of Bidari Kalmath breathed his last at the age of 62 after suffering a cardiac arrest on Thursday. A large number of devotees mourned the demise of seer. The mutt has branches at Saundatti and Gulagalajambagi.
The original math is in Bidari. Shivalinga Swamiji was ascended the peetha as the fifth seer of Bidari Kalmath in Jamakhandi taluk of Bagalkot district in November 03, 1986.
All the arrangements were made on the mutt premises for the public darshan of the seer.
