BENGALURU: A team of Bengaluru police went to Uttar Pradesh and issued a notice to techie Atul Subhash’s wife, Nikita Singhania, and her family members to appear for questioning. They have been mentioned in the 24-page suicide note left behind by Atul, who committed suicide, allegedly due to harassment by his wife and her family.
A team of the Marathahalli police went to Uttar Pradesh. The police have decided not to arrest Nikita and her family members immediately. Instead, they will be questioned and their statements will be recorded. The police will also investigate the allegations made by Atul in his death note. Atul Subhash’s wife had demanded allegedly Rs 30 lakh to allow him to visit his son, who is now four years old.
The police will investigate all allegations, investigate the case from all angles and gather evidence before taking any further action. If the allegations of harassment are found to be true, the police will likly arrest Nikita and her family members.
