BENGALURU: A history-sheeter who had come to the Kadalekai Parishe (groundnut fair) near Bull Temple in Basavanagudi to meet his associate was nabbed by the police who were lying in wait.
Prithvi has numerous cases against him, including, murder, attempt to murder, extortion in Basavanagudi and Wilson Garden police stations, but had been evading arrest. He had come to the Kadalekai Parishe to meet his associate Bhushan.
Even as he was waiting to Bhushan to arrive, the Basavanagudi police pounced on him and arrested him.
