BELAGAVI: Bharatiya Janata Party leader Balachandra Jarkiholi vented his anger at certain elements targeting his family members of social media.
“I don’t mind criticism about me, but if anybody criticizes my family, I will not tolerate it. I will go to their houses and they should answer me”, he said, taunting his opponents who reportedly shared objectionable posters of his family on WhatsApp and Facebook.
Speaking at a voters’ felicitation funciton held at Naganuru village in Mudaragi taluk on Tuesday, Balachandra Jarkiholi said, “If I’m wrong, I will say sorry. If others wrong, they should apologise. Some four or five people are posting on Facebook and WhatsApp, sitting some corner somewhere. I have to do this to teach them a lesson. If not, they will continue it. I will leave them now, they will spread wrong messages. I will definitely do what I said, he insisted and sought the support of the locals”.
