She also established the Shakti Dhama for women and gave a chance to many new actresses in Sandalwood, who called her Godmother.

Parvathamma used to choose heroines for Rajkumar movies. She made actresses including Jayamala, Manjula and Aarati as stars in the film industry by choosing them for Dr Raj’s films. Many actresses like Sudharani, Aasharani, and Anu Prabhakar took Parvathamma’s blessings while acting with Shivarajkumar, popular as Shivanna. She has announced that she will give first priority to women as much as possible.
