BELAGAVI: An army man was badly beaten and kicked by a few people outside a bar here and was left bleeding in the head. The incident occurred three days ago and video of the fight has since gone viral.
Armyman Parashuram Patil, hailing from Chandgarh in Maharashtra, was visiting his friends in Belagavi when he was brutally attacked outside a bar in Ganeshpur here. The miscreants fled after the assault.
Parashuram Patil was immediately rushed to a hospital by local. He is currently posted in Jammu and had come to Belagavi on leave. The incident occurred in Camp police limits.
