BENGALURU: Two men, with their faces covered in helmets, looted a jewellery store after pointing a pistol at two people who were inside, at Dommarahalli in Madanayanakahalli on Tuesday night.
In CCTV footage, one of the men is seen pointing the pistol while another cleans out a shelf and puts all the jewellery worth lakhs on display into a plastic bag. The two quickly make their escape on a motorcycle from the shop. Three men are said to be involved in the robbery.
Bengaluru Rural SP Mallikarjun Baladandi visited Padam Bankers and Jewellers, where the robbery took place, on Wednesday morning and inquired with the staff. A special team has been set up to nab the robbers.
