Anjanadri temple timings restricted after leopard sightings

KOPPAL: After leopards were sighted in the vicinity, the Anjanadri temple, believed to be the birthplace of Lord Hanuman, has restricted the timings for devotees.

With effect from Tuesday, the temple will be open to devotees only between 8 am and 3 pm. This comes following sighting of leopards at the foot of the hills on August 12.

Leopards have also been spotted in Gangavati and some other parts of Koppal district.
