VIJAYAPURA: About 150 school and college students from Halagani village, who travel every day to Vijayapura and Babaleshwar, are finding it difficult to travel as they do not find space in buses despite waiting for hours.
On Wednesday, after many buses did not stop at Halagani village, the students blocked the Jainapura-Vijayapura bus. However, the bus conductor misbehaved with them and did not allow them to board the bus, leading to a tense situation.
The villagers later arranged tractors and other private vehicles for the students to reach their schools and colleges.
