Udupi: A couple hailing from Andhra Pradesh, and their child died on the spot in a ghastly accident between a private bus and a car at Nellikaru in Karkala taluk on Saturday. The deceased were identified as Nagaraj (40), Pratyusha (32) and their two-year-old child.
It is said that the family was travelling from Dharmastala to Sringeri when the accident occurred.
A case has been registered at Karkala police station and senior officials visited the accident spot.
