MANGALURU, CHANDIGARH: An aerospace engineer hailing from Dharmasthala was found dead in Punjab under suspicious circumstances. However, the incident came to light late on May 17.
Akanksha, the deceased, was a brilliant engineer who had completed her higher education at a college at Phagwara in Punjab. Akanksha’s family, including her parents Surendra and Sindhu Devi from Bolar in Dharmasthala, have since travelled to Punjab.
She had started her career as an aerospace engineer in Delhi six months ago and had recently secured a job in Japan. Akanksha had travelled to Punjab to obtain her educational certificates and had spoken to her family after receiving them. The circumstances surrounding Akanksha’s death are still unclear and further investigation is under way.
