BENGALURU: With the Aero India air show slated to be held next month, all government, aided adn private schools and colleges in Yelahanka will be closed for two days on February 13 and 14.
The order will apply to schools and colleges around the Yelahanka Air Force Station where the air show will be held from February 10. The holiday has been declared by the Education Department as a precautionary measure.
The Aero India air show is held once every two years. During the air show, there will also be restriction on movement of commercial flights to and from the Kempegowda International Airport (KIA). Also, there will be restrictions on movement of flights from Jakkur aerodrome, flying of any sort of drones or other objects.
