BENGALURU: The hearing in the Renukaswamy murder case will be held in the Supreme Court on Thursday, where the fate of actor Darshan and six other accused will be decided.

Senior advocate Siddharth Dave, who will represent Darshan, has taken the case seriously, especially after the government submitted its report. The Supreme Court will conduct a final hearing on the matter.

Earlier, Tuesday’s hearing on actor Darshan’s plea in the Renukaswamy murder case was put off due to the absence of senior advocate Kapil Sibal, who was supposed to argue the case. Siddharth Dave appeared in court and requested time to study the case that day.

The court directed Darshan’s lawyers to prepare documents in written form, instructing them to present 75 per cent of their arguments in writing. Meanwhile, Darshan is currently in Thailand for the shooting of his upcoming film ‘Devil’. He plans to return to India on July 25.
