BENGALURU: Close on the heels of the separation of rapper Chandan Shetty and Nivedita Gowda, another Sandalwood actor, Raghavendra Rajkumar’s son Yuvarajkumar, has filed for divorce from his wife Sridevi at the family court of Bengaluru on June 6 after four years of marriage. The court has already issued notice to her and the next hearing is scheduled for July 4.
Yuvaraj approached the family court seeking divorce from his wife Shridevi, claiming that she is mentally harassing him. He also alleged that she disrespects him and has psychological issues.
For the last six months, rumours of their impending divorce were doing the rounds in the celebrity circle. Both have not even lived together for even a few months. Sridevi did not participate in the promotion of the movie ‘Yuva’. Currently, it is said that Shridevi is abroad.
After many years of love, Yuvrajkumar married Shridevi, a native of Mysuru, in 2018. Their marriage was conducted on May 26, 2019, in a grand ceremony. Now the couple are headed for divorce.
