A wild dog was filmed hunting a spotted deer in Nagarahole.

MYSURU: A rare hunting scene was captured on camera where a wild dog can be seen putting down a spotted deer in the Nagarahole tiger reserve and national park.

In a video doing the rounds on social media, a wild dog can be seen trying to kill its prey. The spotted deer makes several attempts to free itself from the jaws of death, but fails.

The hunting scene was recorded in the Dammanakatte range of the Nagarahole tiger reserve and is being widely shared on social media. It was not immediately known who shot the video and when.
