CHAMARAJANAGAR: At least 29 women labourers were injured after a goods vehicle overturned as the driver lost control over vehicle near Nanjadevanapura in Chamarajanagar taluk. One of the injured is in critical condition.
The women, all from Sagade village in Chamarajanagar taluk, were returning home after finishing their daily work. Overloading of the vehicle is suspected to be the cause of the accident.
All the injured have been admitted to CIMS Hospital. The incident was reported under the jurisdiction of Chamarajanagar rural police station.
