KOPPAL: In a case of the fence eating the crop, a policeman has been caught on camera stealing milk packets from trays kept outside a shop in the early morning hours. The theft occurred around 4.40 am on August 28, but has come to light only now.

He first arrived on his motorcyle and surveyed the scene.
