BENGALURU: A Hoysala patroll squad helped a student reach his exam centre on time as he was stranded in traffic due to the Karnataka CM’s swearing-in ceremony. The student was in distress due to traffic congestion in the city as he was going to attend the CET examination.
Two policemen, Gowrish and Somashekhar, helped the student reach his centre at JNC College in just 15 minutes using the police siren. The two traffic police received wide appreciation from the public for their timely help.
The student said, “I would like to thank the policemen. The bus driver dropped off all the passengers at the Majestic bus stand at 1.45 pm. I was worried and I did not know what to do next. I asked the police for help and they dropped me to the exam centre”.
The policemen also wished the student the best for the CET exam. The city police have said that they will always be available to serve the public.
