BENGALURU: A motorcycle rider was killed on the spot after his bike collided with a moving lorry on the KR Market flyover in the city on Friday night. The deceased was identified as Ravikumar (37).
The accident occurred around 11 pm on Friday when Ravikumar’s bike hit the lorry from behind, causing severe head injuries. He died due to excessive bleeding.
Ravikumar, a mechanic at a garage in Sudhamanagar, lived in KP Agrahara. His body was taken to Victoria Hospital, and a case has been registered at KR Market traffic police station.
