MYSURU: The police have arrested the owner of Star Gold company in Mysuru, for allegedly cheating customers by taking gold jewellery against loans on low interest rates and absconding with it.
Yogish was running Star Gold company near Trinethra Circle in Vijaynagar and had duped several customers. He had taken gold jewellery from customers on the pretext of offering loans at low interest rates.
A case was registered against him in November 2025, and he had been evading arrest for over two-and-a-half months. The police have now arrested him.
