CHIKKABALLAPUR: A young man from North India, who came to Bengaluru for work but fell into bad habits, including substance abuse, was found lying on the railway track near Chikkaballapur-Bengaluru railway line, and a train ran over his left arm.
Locals rushed him to the hospital, packing the severed arm in a plastic cover, but he was under the influence of ganja and didn’t seem to realize the extent of his injury.
Dilip escaped from the 108 ambulance near the hospital, and was later found wandering near Kumbara Street in Devanahalli. The police and locals searched for him and eventually admitted him to Devanahalli government hospital. However, he escaped again, leaving behind his severed arm, and hasn’t sought medical attention.
The locals are shocked by Dilip’s behavior, unaware of his condition, as he was reportedly high on ganja. He is still at large, without his arm and without seeking medical attention. The incident has left the residents of Kumbara Street in Devanahalli stunned.
