BENGALURU: The hearing on activist Snehamayi Krishna’s petition challenging the Lokayukta B report in the MUDA site scam is under way in Bengaluru’s Sessions Court.
The first chargesheet has been filed against former MUDA commissioner Dinesh.
Snehamayi Krishna argued that the investigation is complete, but officials are lying about pending aspects. “They have submitted a final report. The SP is misleading the court, attempting to show A1 the current CM as innocent. If charges are proven, they all need to resign on moral grounds,” he said.
Krishna requested filing a contempt report case against the investigating officer. The court adjourned the hearing to January 5.
