Villagers take drunk school headmaster to task in Aland village

The headmaster reportedly consumed alcohol at a dhaba before coming to school.

KALABURAGI: A headmaster was caught drunk at the Bhimanagar government school in Nimbala village of Aland taluk. Villagers confronted him and a video of the incident has gone viral on social media.

The drunk headmaster, Amrit, responded aggressively, saying, “I came drunk, what will you do? I’ll carry a revolver in my pocket within six months and walk around with it”. He also threatened the villagers, saying, “Go make enquiries about me everywhere”.

The villagers had approached the headmaster, asking him not to come to school drunk. The incident has sparked outrage, with locals demanding action against the headmaster.
