BENGALURU: A man brutally assaulted his wife right in the middle of a road in Chennasandra near Ramamurthy Nagar in Bengaluru.
The accused, Suresh Naidu, allegedly assaulted his wife, Joshitha. The couple had got married two years ago, but they separated because of a family dispute. Suresh invited his wife’s family to his house saying that he wanted to talk with them. At that moment, he suddenly attacked her.
Joshitha is a television artist and has also acted in a few serials. The husband quarrelled with her over her acting career after which Joshitha went to her parents’ house in Ullal near Kengeri.
On Tuesday, when Joshitha’s family went to the husband’s house in Chennasandra, Suresh Naidu called them on the pretext of having a discussionand assaulted both the wife and her parents. An FIR has been registered at the Ramamurthy Nagar police station.
