BELAGAVI: A major fire broke out in Holihosur village of Bailhongal taluk on Tuesday, destroying three houses and leaving families without belongings.
The blaze, which started suddenly, gutted the homes of Balesh Hajeri, Lakshman Dawale, Kiran Hajeri and Shekhar Hajeri, destroying household items, gold ornaments, and cash.
Firefighters rushed to the scene and managed to bring the fire under control. The Bailhongal police are investigating the cause of the fire.
