CHAMARAJANAGAR: A goods vehicle driver was killed in a hit-and-run accident near the government engineering college in Bedarapura of Chamarajanagar taluk on Monday night. The driver, identified as Kumaraswamy, died on the spot.
The accident was so severe that the driver’s body was torn apart and a piece of his arm lay on the road. The body was sent to the mortuary, and a case has been registered at the Chamarajanagar traffic police station.
