BENGALURU: Actor Darshan, the second accused in the Renukaswamy murder case accused, has spent 100 days in jail for the second time. However, the trial is yet to begin in the case.
Earlier, he was granted bail by the Karnataka High Court after 100 days, but the Supreme Court cancelled the bail and sent him back to jail, directing the trial to be completed quickly. However, despite the 100 days passing, the trial has not yet started.
The charges were filed a few week ago and the public prosecutor even had objected to it. Now, Darshan is languishing in jail with no sign of the trial starting soon.
