CHIKKAMAGALUR: Two people were killed in a hit-and-run accident near Bettadahalli village in Tarikere taluk on Tuesday.
The victims, who were yet to be identified, died on the spot due to severe bleeding after being hit by an unidentified vehicle on Shivamogga-Bengaluru National Highway-206.
A TVS Jupiter bike (KA 52 Y 3860) was found at the scene. The Tarikere police, who are investigating the incident, accident scene.
