BENGALURU: A man was murdered over an illegal relationship with a married woman at Mutyalamma Nagar in Yeshwantpur. The incident happened last Saturday.
The deceased Narasimharaju (32) was involved in an illegal relationship and the woman used to come to his house frequently. Last Saturday, the woman came near Narasimharaju’s house ss usual. However, the woman’s family members came to know this and they arrived at the place. They dragged Narasimharaju, who was inside the house, out on to the street and, along with four to five others from the woman’s family, brutally assaulted him.
When Narasimharaju’s mother tried to intervene, she was also assaulted. As a result of thrashing Narasimharaju fell unconscious. He was immediately rushed to KC General Hospital where doctors declared him dead.
The family of the deceased alleged that the woman and her family were responsible for his death, and a complaint was lodged at the Yeshwantpur police station. However, the family alleges that the accused have not been arrested yet.
