KOLAR: A man has killed his 5-year-old daughter and then committed suicide, allegedly over a domestic dispute, at Mudiyanur village in Mulbagal taluk. The deceased are Lokesh (37) and Niharika (5).
The incident is believed to be a result of family disputes, with Lokesh’s wife missing from home. Following her disappearance, Lokesh is suspected to have strangled his daughter to death. He then placed her body inside a car, and then he hanged himself from a tree.
The incident occurred within the Mulbagal Rural police station jurisdiction.
