Charges to be framed against Darshan, others on November 3

BENGALURU: The Sessions Court has scheduled the framing of charges for November 3 in connection with the Renukaswamy murder case. The court has issued instructions to arrest those who were absent.

The court informed Darshan, Pavithra Gowda and other accused, who appeared via video conference, about the framing of charges during the hearing on Friday. The court directed all accused to be present, warning that warrants will be issued if they fail to appear.

During the hearing, the judge asked the accused if they could hear the proceedings, and they replied in the affirmative. When the judge asked if they were aware that charges would be framed, the accused again confirmed. The court then called out the names of the accused and noted the absence of two accused, numbers 16 and 17, citing family issues.

The hearing has been adjourned to November 3 for framing charges, with the court warning that warrants will be issued if the accused fail to appear.
