BENGALURU: An engineering student, accused of raping a junior girl student at a prestigious college in the city has been arrested and has been remanded to Parappana Agrahara central prison.
The accused, identified as Vikas Gowda, was a second-year engineering student at a private college. The victim had reportedly lodged a complaint against him with the Hanumanthanagar police, who then apprehended Vikas.
