BENGALURU: At least eight people were injured in a serial accident which occurred on the Bengaluru-Tumakuru National Highway near Halenijagal Gate in Nelamangala taluk early on Saturday morning. The accident caused a kilometre-long traffic jam.
A BMTC bus, two lorries and a private bus were involved in the accident and the injured were taken to the hospital. Upon receiving the information, the Nelamangala traffic police reached the place and cleared the vehicles. A case has been registered at the Nelamangala traffic police station.
