BAGALKOT: A two-wheeler rider had a lucky escape after his electric scooter suddenly caught fire at S R Kanthi Circle in Ilkal town on Saturday morning.
Vishnu Indragi was riding his electric scooter when it suddenly caught fire due to an electrical short circuit. He immediately abandoned the vehicle and saved himself.The Ilkal police visited the spot. The incident occurred in Ilkal rural police limits.
