BENGALURU: The number of outpatients at Victoria Hospital has increased due to the changing weather. Patients are flocking to the hospital from different districts, and the hospital is announcing which department to visit for treatment through a loudspeaker.
Normally, the hospital used to have around 800-900 outpatients a day, but this number has now increased to 1,200-1,300. Patients are lining up in front of the outpatient department, waiting for treatment in queue.
The changing weather has led to an increase in infectious diseases such as cold, fever, cough and viral fever. Many people are visiting the hospital with symptoms of viral fever.
