BENGALURU: Actor Darshan and Pavithra Gowda, along with other accused, appeared before the trial court on Tuesday in connection with the Renukaswamy murder case in Chitradurga.
The accused were presented before the CCB 63 judge, who scheduled a date for framing charges. The court adjourned the hearing to September 9.
The accused who appeared in court included Pavithra Gowda, Darshan, Puttaswamy, Raghavendra, Nandeesh, Ravishankar, Nagaraju, Laxman and Deepak Kumar. Some of the other accused, including Vinay, Karthik, Keshavamurthy and Nikhil, were absent.
After the hearing, Pavithra Gowda stood in the court premises, watching as Darshan left without looking at her. Actor Dhanveer supported Darshan during the hearing.
