BENGALURU: A social media influencer, Neha Biswal, who hails from Odisha and is living in Bengaluru, made derogatory remarks about Bengaluru motorists and rebuked them for their indiscipline behaviour.
Her video on Instagram about vehicle movement during rain. Many have taken to social media to express their outrage and disappointment over her behaviour.
In the video, Neha can be seen walking by the side of a road, not on the footpath, and getting splashed with water by a speeding car. She then proceeds to abuse and insult the people of Bengaluru, claiming they are educated but lack common sense. She insults Bengaluruans by saying they have no brains and can also be heard using the word Chu****.. in Hindi and making a spitting gesture.
In the video, she said, “People in Bengaluru are educated, but they don’t understand anything… There are so many stupid people here. It’s raining so much, vehicles are speeding and there are potholes everywhere. Water splashed on my face. Look at that idiot (showing a vehicle on road)… look at him… see how water splashed on me… I am about to cry; I am getting angry too. Shame on all these uneducated people… Can’t we even walk on the road without your cars splashing water on us? Disgusting…”, she can be heard saying.
Neha’s comments have led to widespread anger among Kannadigas.
