CHIKKABALLAPUR: One person was crushed to death while another rider was severely injured after their motorcycle came under a tipper truck on the Bengaluru-Hyderabad national highway near Devanahalli on Monday.
The deceased hailed from Jharkhand, but his identity was not immediately known. The injured was rushed to a private hospital by locals.
The accident occurred near the Dhabha Gate under Devanahalli traffic police limits. A case has been registered and further investigation is under way.
