BENGALURU: A dance teacher has been arrested for allegedly kidnapping and sexually assaulting a minor girl in Kadugodi. The accused has been identified as Bharathi Kannan (28).
The incident occurred when the accused stopped his car and introduced himself as a dance teacher, offering to provide information about dance classes. He convinced the girl to get into the car, locked the doors and drove to a secluded area where he allegedly sexually harassed her.
After the incident, he dropped her off at the same spot where he had picked her up. The victim informed her parents about the incident, and they immediately filed a complaint at the Kadugodi police station. Based on the complaint, the police arrested the accused.
