BENGALURU: Thieves burgled five shops located on KR Road, after prying open the rolling shutters, on Tuesday night. The shops include Raymond’s textile store, Prestige Home Appliances and a hardware shop.
The thieves entered by breaking into the rolling shutters and made off with lakhs of rupees worth of goods. All the shops are located at Chamarajendra Circle in Hoskote town. The incident was captured on CCTV cameras and shows the thieves using a rod to break the shutters.
A case has been registered at the Hoskote police station, and investigations are under way to track down the culprits.
