Santosh Biradar was issued a notice by the police for sticking Pakistan flags on the road.

BIDAR: The police have issued a notice to the president of the BJP Yuva Morcha, Santosh Biradar, after he pasted stickers of the Pakistan flag on the road at Ambedkar Circle here a few days ago.

Biradar had pasted stickers of the Pakistan flag to condemn the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack in which 26 tourists, including three from Karnataka, were killed. Several vehicles and pedestrians had ran over the stickers. The Market Police issued a notice to Biradar under BNS Section 35(3) and had directed him to appear for questioning on Tuesday.

Following this, several BJP activists posted on social media, tagging Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, claiming that no action was taken against those who raised ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogans in the Vidhana Soudha corridors and questioned what is wrong in protesting against a enemy nation.
