MANGALURU: A KSRTC bus conductor was arrested by the Konaje police for molesting a woman passenger on a moving bus. The accused was identified as Pradeep (40, who hails from Bagaklot and was working on contract basis.
The incident occurred on April 22 between Mudipu and State Bank in the bus which was plying from Ullal to State Bank via Mudipu. The incident was captured on a mobile phone and the video had gone viral.
The woman passenger can be seen dozing in the bus when the conductor stands next to her seat and touches her inappropriately. After the video was circulated widely on social media, the police arrested the bus conductor.
