BENGALURU: The Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) has been receiving complaints from the public regarding its drivers violating traffic rules such as driving on the wrong side and jumping traffic signals.

Citizens have expressed outrage by sharing videos, questioning the BMTC and the transport minister. BMTC drivers are violating traffic rules on Hebbal and KR Puram roads and recklessly driving on both sides.

People are facing a major issue with BMTC buses at Hebbal junction. Buses coming from Bhadrappa Layout need to take a U-turn, but BMTC drivers are taking a wrong turn, causing traffic congestion.

Likewise, a BMTC driver was caught on camera jumping a signal near KR Pura. Citizens have suggested that BMTC train its drivers and them traffic rules before they get on to the roads.
